  • How do I place an order?
    It's easy! 1. Choose the products with the size you wish to purchase and click “Add to bag”. Your products will then appear in the shopping bag icon in the top right. 2. When you are done shopping, press “continue”. 3. Fill out your shipping information and make sure all the information is correct. 4. Choose your preferred payment method and then click “Place order”. 5. You will get an order confirmation when we have received your order.
  • What is the status of my order?
    If you haven't received an email with a trackingnumber (please check your spam folder), your order is still being processed. However, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse you can track and check the status of your order with the trackingnumber provided by Bring or UPS. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages when our package has left our warehouse and handed over to Bring or UPS.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change an order in any way once the order is registered. However, we have a 14-day return and exchange policy. Buyer must however pay for the return shipping.
  • What are your payment options?
    We currently offer credit- or debitcard payments and Klarna.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    Unfortunately, we cannot change an order in any way once the order is registered.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    As of now, products that we sell in our online store cannot be picked up and are only delivered to a home address with ordinary shipping costs.
  • Do you refund the shipping costs?
    Shipping cost is non-refundable on all returns. Buyer must pay for the return shipping. We do not refund local duties, import taxes and VAT for orders ordered outside Norway.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We ship all our products from Norway, ensuring prompt delivery and excellent service. However, starting from late summer 2024, our wooden jewelry boxes will be shipped from our warehouse in China to support our environmental sustainability efforts. For our Norwegian customers, these wooden jewelry boxes will continue to be shipped from Norway.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you can track your order with the trackingnumber provided by Posten, Bring or UPS. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages when our package has left our warehouse and handed over to Posten, Bring or UPS.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We try to ship your order as fast as we can. If shipped within Norway it usually takes 2-5 business days for you to receive your order once shipped. For countries in EU it usually takes 1-7 business days. Outside EU around 5-12 business days.
  • What about customs, taxes and duties?
    For EU and international orders, local duties, import taxes and VAT may apply in your country. There are no other extra fees or taxes for shipments within Norway, the total amount is calculated upon checkout.
  • What if your item is sold out?
    Being a small brand we can not guarantee that we will have what you are looking for at all times. Please sign up to our mailing list to be sure you won't miss out once we restock or send us an e-mail to help@veliboo.com.
  • I refuse to pay for the local duties, important taxes and VAT in my country, what happens?
    If you don't wish to pay for the local import duties, even if you agreed to the terms and conditions we reserve the right to charge the costs for undelivered or unpicked-up orders.
  • Klarna is available in my country, but I still can't pay with Klarna?
    Unfortunately, Klarna only accept orders for customers whose billing country matches the store's single currency.
  • I was unreachable during the delivery period and I didn't receive my package or couldn't pick it up at a UPS access point, what do I do?
    If you are not home during the delivery or present to pick up the package, and UPS leaves a notice, it is then essentially “delivered.” So please contact your local UPS office for further instructions. UPS will attempt to deliver your package two times (home delivery) or leave the package at your nearest UPS access point. Both UPS and Veliboo will try to contact the customer during the delivery period before the package is either sent back or destroyed. We are not in control of the customer not being home or providing an incorrect address. In these circumstances, the package would be their responsibility. We reserve the right to charge the costs for undelivered or unpicked-up orders. Destroyed packages will not be refunded.
  • Are Veliboo's teddy pouches original design?
    Yes, all of Veliboo's teddy designs are designed in Norway by Stephanie. She put a lot of thoughts and care into designing each pouch to ensure it meets our high standards for quality, creativity and functionality.
  • Are Veliboo's earrings original design?
    Veliboo offers a curated collection of earrings, combining pieces sourced from trusted suppliers with our own unique designs. While the sourced earrings meet our high standards for quality and design, our original creations stand out with a distinctive embossed veliboo logo. This mix ensures a diverse selection while upholding our commitment to originality and excellence.
