Shipping Provider
Our Norwegian and International delivery provider:
Delivery times and VAT
We all hate waiting for our products. And we do our best in order for you to receive your goods as soon as possible. The delivery time can, however, vary depending on the quantity of orders to be dispatched and circumstances that Veliboo has no control over, such as transport and carrier delays.
The deliveries are handled by UPS (for those who live outside of Norway) and are sent to your nearest UPS access point location or the customer’s home during office hours.
Norway:
Bring 2-5 business days (not counting weekends and holidays).
There are no other extra fees or taxes for shipments within Norway. The final amount will be displayed upon checkout.
Poland:
UPS 2-7 business days.
Poczta Polska 1-5 business days (not counting weekends and holidays)**
**PLEASE NOTE! We ship once a month or every other month with Poczta Polska. Please contact us for dates and details before placing an order, otherwise your package will be shipped on next possible shipment which can take a few weeks or up to 2 months.
Europe and UK:
UPS 2-7 business days (not counting weekends and holidays).
Time in Customs and Duty are not included. For EU and international orders, local duties, import taxes and VAT may apply in your country.
The rest of the world:
UPS 5-10 business days (not counting weekends and holidays).

We do reserve the rights to extend the delivery time due to customs. For EU and international orders, local duties, import taxes and VAT may apply in your country.
**PLEASE NOTE! Previously, we shipped our wooden jewelry boxes from Norway, but due to high costs, we will be transitioning to shipping from our warehouse in China starting late summer 2024. This change supports our environmental sustainability efforts. For our Norwegian customers, these wooden jewelry boxes will continue to be shipped from Norway. All other products will still be shipped from Norway.
Return & Exchange Policy

If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you have received your order to return your purchase, but buyer must pay for the return shipping. The cost per return will be subtracted from your refund. Any products you return must be in their original condition. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.

We do offer free exchange if you would like to change to another product, but buyer must pay for the return shipping. A return form is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form. Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise.

If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price (minus the return costs) you paid for your item back to your original payment method. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.

Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales) it can take a little longer. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 7 business days.

Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us at Veliboo. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage, when dropping off the package at the Posten or courier of your choice.
Unpicked up orders, unpaid VAT, failed attempt to deliver or wrong address
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake, or due to unpaid VAT and import charges to your country. We reserve the right to charge the costs for undelivered or unpicked-up orders. If you want us to resend your order, additional shipping fee will apply.
If you are not home during the delivery or present to pick up the package, and UPS leaves a notice, it is then essentially “delivered.” So please contact your local UPS office for further instructions.
UPS will attempt to deliver your package two times (home delivery) or leave the package at your nearest UPS access point. Both UPS and Veliboo will try to contact the customer during the delivery period before the package is either sent back or destroyed.
We are not in control of the customer not being home or providing an incorrect address. In these circumstances, the package would be their responsibility. We reserve the right to charge the costs for undelivered or unpicked-up orders. Destroyed packages will not be refunded.
Payment Methods
Currently we are offering the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Klarna.
Pre-ordered items
Pre-ordered items will be shipped when the products are in stock. If you order in stock items and pre-ordered items, everything will be shipped together when the pre-ordered items are in stock. Please note that the shipping date is an estimation. We do reserve the rights to extend the delivery time if we experience a delay in production. If this happens, you will be notified.

Color & Image Disclaimer
Even if we try to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, filters, the lighting where the photo was taken and other factors. In purchasing from Veliboo, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual color, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colors often vary between manufacturers; for example slightly different shades of ‘beige’, different degrees of shininess or warmness in metal (puller and zipper).
